We are looking for a proactive Sales Representative based in the Ploiești / Bucharest region to hunt new opportunities, build trust, and close deals, helping us grow in both enterprise and SME sectors.

What You Bring
  • 2–5 years in B2B IT/software sales
  • Hunger to hit targets and close deals
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to sell consultatively at all levels (C-level + operations)
  • Fluent English
  • Bonus: experience in ERP, WMS, Odoo, or technology sales

What You’ll Do
  • Find and develop new B2B opportunities
  • Manage the full sales cycle – prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing
  • Present Logit solutions as a trusted advisor
  • Build long-term relationships with clients
  • Collaborate with technical teams on proposals
  • Own your pipeline and track results with clear KPIs
