Candidatul Ideal
- Experience: generally 2-5 years of experience in marketing or a similar role;
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field;
- Experience with product launches or integrated marketing campaigns, promote the company on social networks and publishing various announcements on company websites;
- Proficiency with content management systems;
- Experience in planning and leading initiatives;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, social media management tools , Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator;
- Very Good English (spoken and written);
- Personal skills: flexible, team-oriented, logical thinking, excellent communication and presentation skills;

- Perform research, analyses, and testing with a variety of tools to gain insights and shape marketing strategy;
- Assist in execution of marketing plans to reach audiences through targeted channels;
- Draws up general notifications, presentations;
- Collaborate with team members to optimize automation and lead-nurturing process through email, content, events, and social channels;

- Translates written texts from Romanian into English and English to Romanian, providing proper implementation of texts and terminology;
- Gives advice on issues of interpreting written texts;
- Provides the efficient information flow between Headquarters and the other work points;
- Organizes and contacts Administrative Services;
- Complies with IMS (Integrated Management Systems) provisions;
- Maintains quality standards;
- Knows and complies with documentation, policy and procedures of environmental management system;
- Has knowledge of the significant environmental aspects and requirements of the company;
