Candidatul ideal

  • University degree (preferably cybernetics, computer science, mathematics, statistics);
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience;
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience on a similar position;
  • Experience working with SQL and good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Customer oriented attitude (internal, external);
  • Previous experience in POS system (is an advantage);
  • Strong understanding in insurance industry.

Descrierea jobului

  • Administering of unique customer data base and coordinates its development processes in close cooperation with IT Department;
  • Offers support in future CRM system implementation, Sales and Client Portals, in close cooperation with IT Department;
  • Constantly monitoring of data flows between source systems, unique client data base and CRM database and suggest short and long-term improvements, if necessary;
  • Defines and elaborates recurrent and ad-hoc reports related to customer portfolio evolution, customer profile, rates of acquisition through different channels, retention, products penetration, other specific reports;
  • Elaborates statistical studies for customer scoring and segmentation, according to company strategy;
  • Participates in CRM and Sales campaigns (initial analysis, selection and preparation of the database according to campaign rules, leads transfer to sales force using specific application, monitoring reports, analysis and interpretation of results);
  • Performs analysis, selections and reports related to customer satisfaction surveys and studies;
  • Offers support for current and future insurance products implementation into electronic sales platforms (analysis, implementation, UAT and Production phases) in close collaboration with business and IT Departments;
  • Acts as a reliable support for all digital sales projects as part of UNIQA strategy;
  • Provides recommendation for new developments to deliver added value for sales force;
