Manufacturing Engineer

• Create and maintain work instructions and manufacturing specifications;
• Identify and recommend methods for improving worker efficiency and reducing waste of materials and utilities;
• Collaborate cross-functionally to facilitate production process and evaluate potential changes;
• Establish sequence of operations to machine and assemble parts or products and to promote efficient utilization of resources;
• Prepare BOM Plant, Process drawings and routes with accurately reflect drawing, Engineering BOM, Quality Plan requirements;
• Accurately calculate machining or assembling process times for both in-house and subcontract purposes;
• Determine correct work center, tooling and fixture for the component and assembly manufacture;
• Maintains accurate labor standards and assists manufacturing in determining manpower requirements by area and type of operation;
• Improves the material flow between the processes;
• Develop safe manufacturing processes and highlight safe working methods;
• Draw up operation plans;
• Prepare alternative routings;
• Accountable for modifications of routing as result of the part number revisions;
• Provide technical support to master machinists, and operators, in order to implement the programs on CNC’s;

• Graduated from higher education with mechanical profile, welding or petroleum equipment;
• Relevant work experience of at least 2 years in heavy industry or petroleum equipment production;
• Knowledge of PC operation: Microsoft Office;
• Knowledge of the English language at an intermediate level;
• Knows technical drawing and technological process routes;
