International Logistics & Distribution Manager

itradepharma® is expanding its team and is looking for an International Logistics & Distribution Manager to coordinate projects for some of the world's leading pharmaceutical companies, CROs, and medical device manufacturers.

This role combines international project management with logistics and warehouse operations, offering the opportunity to manage global projects, collaborate with partners worldwide, and contribute directly to clinical research and medical device distribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate international sourcing and logistics projects for medical devices and clinical research supplies, from planning through delivery to study sites worldwide.
• Collaborate daily with clients, investigators, manufacturers, suppliers, and international logistics partners to implement and monitor projects.
• Manage the international procurement of medical devices, ensuring product availability and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate import/export activities and prepare documentation required for international shipments in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Organize and monitor international shipments using logistics platforms and transportation management systems.
• Plan and monitor purchase orders, deliveries, and inventory levels across multiple ongoing projects.
• Prepare operational documentation and project reports for clients and management, and participate in project meetings.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping of medical devices and related materials.
• Supervise the handling and storage of materials, including temperature-sensitive products, in accordance with quality requirements and applicable regulations.
• Ensure compliance with GDP, GCP, internal SOPs, and quality standards while contributing to the continuous improvement of operational processes and the Quality Management System.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Pharmacy, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, operational project management, or international project coordination.
• Experience coordinating international suppliers, transportation, import/export activities, and warehouse operations.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, CRO, or clinical research industry is an advantage.
• Knowledge of GDP, GCP, or other applicable quality standards is an advantage.
• Category B driving licence is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in an international environment.
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems is an advantage.
• Advanced English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel internationally on occasion (up to 10%).
