• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent;
• 2–5 years of experience in an administrative or operational role (expert level);
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy;

• Experience with file and case management;
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and MS Office tools;

• Professional proficiency in French and English (written & spoken).

• Maintain and update maintenance plans in SAP for technicians’ field work;
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of plan-related data;
• Apply and follow defined procedures and operational rules;
• Manage plan-related files, documentation, and cases;
• Monitor deadlines and manage priorities in a fast-paced operational environment;
• Identify inconsistencies or unexpected situations and trigger escalation when required;
• Provide clear follow-up on plan-related updates or issues;
• Communicate professionally via email, phone, portals, and ticketing tools.
