We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join our team and coordinate the technical operations of a premium office building with multiple tenants.
This role is ideal for a technical professional looking for more than just execution: autonomy, coordination responsibilities, direct interaction with clients and the opportunity to have a real impact on the performance of a building.


What We Are Looking For

- University degree in a technical field, preferably Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnics, Energy Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or a related field;
- Professional experience in technical maintenance / facility management, preferably within an office building, commercial property, industrial facility or another complex technical environment;
- Good knowledge of building technical systems and installations;
- Previous experience coordinating a technical team is an advantage;
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills when working with clients, tenants, colleagues and suppliers;
- A solution-oriented mindset and the ability to make decisions in unexpected situations;
- Good PC skills and willingness to work with maintenance management systems and other digital tools;
- Knowledge of BMS is an advantage;
- Conversational/professional level of English is an advantage.

What You Will Do

- Coordinate and ensure the proper delivery of preventive, corrective and reactive maintenance activities;
- Monitor the operation of the building's technical systems and equipment, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and other relevant systems;
- Monitor technical parameters through the BMS (Building Management System) and take action or coordinate interventions whenever necessary;
- Plan maintenance activities and ensure they are completed according to quality, time and cost requirements;
- Coordinate the on-site technical team, including training, performance assessment and professional development;
- Work closely with suppliers and subcontractors, request and review quotations and coordinate their activities on site;
- Act as one of the main technical points of contact for tenants and the client, providing support and solutions for day-to-day technical issues;
- Identify and implement solutions aimed at improving operational efficiency and optimizing costs;
- Contribute to the preparation of budgets, maintenance plans and projects involving equipment upgrades or replacements;
- Prepare technical reports and regular reports regarding site activities and performance;
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures, legislation and Health & Safety, Fire Safety and Emergency requirements;
- Organize and participate in emergency procedures and drills, including fire evacuation exercises;
- Maintain accurate technical documentation, maintenance records and site-related documentation.
