Maintenance Engineer

The Maintenance engineer will manage various technical aspects related to the good order and functioning of 2 Residential Developments located in the north of the capital (Voluntari & Bucurestii Noi). We are looking for a proactive person, with a can-do approach and solid technical background and HVAC knowledge. Having worked in a similar role is an advantage.

Knowledge & experience:

• knowledge of the legislation, regulations and current specific standards
• knowledge of materials, methods and tools used in construction, electrical and plumbing installations
• technical background, with solid HVAC knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• manage all guarantees related to all the equipment in use
• manage the maintenance contracts for all the equipment
• prepare annual preventive and corrective maintenance plan in order to anticipate failure and to extend equipment lifetime
• periodically inspect the common parts in order to identify the defects appeared at the equipment
• offer support/advice to Executive Committee for all aspects related to equipment (repairs, offers)
• ensure the presence during the visits and / or controls of the local authorized control bodies (ISU, City Hall, providers of utilities and services)
• inform the suppliers under contract regarding any damage or defect
• propose and / or revise offers for procurement of the materials necessary for the current maintenance and repairs related to the common property
• analyze and approves the offers received from third parties
• manage subordinated personnel
• prepare reports and minutes regarding the interventions on common parts and the control / reception of the works provided by third parties.
