Role Mission
In the role of Loyalty Manager, you will have a direct impact on how the company builds long-term relationships with its customers. You will coordinate CRM, loyalty, and retention initiatives.

What we are looking for
• Experience & background – 3–5 years of managerial experience in developing and managing loyalty / CRM / customer engagement programs
• Experience in cross-functional projects (marketing, digital, customer service)
• Experience in implementing, optimizing, or relaunching loyalty programs
• Strong knowledge of loyalty, CRM, segmentation, and personalization
• Ability to build business cases, manage budgets, and measure the ROI of loyalty initiatives
• Hands-on attitude
• Adaptability and agility
• Analytical thinking, data- and results-oriented mindset
• Strong coordination and collaboration skills

Descrierea jobului

What you will do
• You will develop and manage the company’s (retail) loyalty program, along with campaigns and initiatives dedicated to customer retention and loyalty.
• You will coordinate the development and optimization of the CRM infrastructure (tools, systems, processes) that supports the loyalty program.
• You will analyze customer databases and sales performance: segmentation, reports, trends, and relevant insights for developing loyalty and acquisition campaigns.
• You will plan and implement customer loyalty and activation campaigns, both nationally and locally.
• You will evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and promotions and propose optimizations.
• You will analyze the market and competitors to align loyalty actions with industry trends and developments (retail).
• You will define, plan, and control the marketing budget related to loyalty & CRM activities.
• You will negotiate contracts with CRM and direct marketing service providers and oversee their implementation.
• You will identify the needs and behavior of our loyal customers and propose new loyalty programs to increase their satisfaction.
• You will coordinate the development and implementation of data mining and data intelligence tools that support CRM and loyalty activities.
