Legal Advisor

Corporate & Regulatory Activities

• Manage corporate documentation and statutory modifications for companies within the group
• Support company incorporation, restructuring, and administrative procedures
• Represent the company in relation to authorities, public institutions, and external stakeholders

External Partnerships & Litigation Coordination

• Maintain relationships with external law firms and legal advisors
• Coordinate with external partners on litigation matters, corporate projects, authorizations, and special contracts
• Prospect and assess potential new legal partnerships when required

Legal Analysis & Reporting

• Compile and structure legal information to support decision-making
• Prepare reports, summaries, and documentation related to legal activities
• Ensure proper follow-up of ongoing legal matters and deadlines

Candidate Profile
Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a legal advisory role
• Experience in business law, corporate law, or international legal environments is considered an advantage

Languages

• Advanced level of English (written and spoken), nice to have advanced French skills

Hard Skills

• Strong knowledge of legal regulations and contract law
• Ability to analyze and interpret legal texts
• Good command of Microsoft Office tools

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and synthesis skills
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Results-oriented mindset with sound judgment in complex situations
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Work model: On-site
Schedule: 08:30 -17:00 / 09:30 – 18:00 (30 min lunch break)
Travel availability: nice to have availability to travel internationally

Role Overview
We are looking for a Legal Advisor to join our team and support the legal activities of our international group.
The role involves providing legal support on corporate and commercial matters, reviewing contractual documentation, and coordinating with external legal partners and public institutions.
The position requires strong analytical skills, the ability to prioritize business needs while managing legal risks, and effective communication with international stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Legal Advisory & Contract Management

• Review, analyze, and validate various types of contracts with suppliers and partners within the group
• Draft legal opinions and provide guidance on contractual and regulatory matters
• Formulate objections to contractual proposals when necessary and respond to counterparties’ comments
