Certification as a legal advisor/legal counsel (if applicable);
Previous experience in a similar role is considered an advantage;
Strong knowledge of civil, commercial, administrative law and relevant regulations;
Excellent communication, analytical, and drafting skills;
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively;
High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and professional integrity.

Provide legal advice and support to internal departments;
Draft, review, and approve contracts, agreements, and other legal documents;
Ensure legal compliance of internal procedures and company policies;
Represent the organization in interactions with public authorities and state institutions;
Monitor relevant legislative changes and prepare recommendations;
Manage litigation matters and collaborate with external law firms when needed;
Maintain accurate legal records and documentation.
