We expect that our new team member has:

Higher legal education.
Work experience as a lawyer for at least 3 years.
Knowledge of labor, tax legislation is a must.
Work experience as a lawyer in tourism is appreciated.

In this position your main responsibilities would include:

Legal consulting.
Working with contracts and agreements.
Official communication with state and other bodies, enterprises & banks.
Working with claims and complaints.
Organization of documents’ legalization.
Adaptation of standard company contracts and agreements in accordance with Romanian legislation requirements.
Legal support to company settling in Romanian, company staff employment
