Right now we are looking for:
LEASE MANAGER
Workplace: Bucharest


Requirements:

· 3 years of experience in the area of leasing
· Excellent knowledge about portfolio of major Landlords in the region which has under responsibility,
· Fluency in English is required
· Valid B category driving license,
· Experience with MS Office applications (especially MS-Excel, MS-Word, MS-Powerpoint),
· Well – developed international skills with an ability of creating a friendly atmosphere,
· Follows up against deadline and milestones, balance between long term and short tern planning, prioritize time effectively,
· Analytical and strategic way of thinking,
· Excellent Client Communication and Management skills,
· Proactive, flexible and motivated personality,
· Excellent at managing people: team building, conflict resolution, stakeholder management, negotiation, and decision making.

Responsibilities:

·
Preparing detailed proposals for landlords for new stores,
· Optimizing the existing portfolio,
· Leading the process of lease agreement, agreements, amendments, annexes negotiations,
· Creating the lease agreement, agreements, amendments, annexes based on Company Guidelines,
· Preparation and implementation of leasing strategy for a specified geographic region,
· Supporting the preparation and monitoring of the budget,
· Coordination of the leasing process including cooperation with construction department and any other departments,
· Preparation of market analysis and leasing reports.
