- ability to manage Teams of Teachers and coordinate the daily educational activity

- able to manage the communication and hierarchy of an International Educational Francise
- team player, children loving person, empathy
- good understanding of the childrens needs
- 5 years minimum working experience in Education or Educational Management

We offer preschool education services based on the Finnish National Core Curriculum for Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC), in its improved version, and designed to function successfully outside Finland. Activities are conducted in English, with support in Romanian.
