• English - advanced level
• ability to manage Teams of Teachers and coordinate the daily educational activity
• focus on management tasks and lead-times
• able to manage the communication and hierarchy of an International Educational Francise
• team player, children loving person, empathy
• good understanding of the childrens needs
• 5 years minimum working experience in Education or Educational Management

• 8 working hours program
• working directly with the Local Preschool Management and KIPINA Francise management
• manage the Teachers and Teacher Assistants daily activity, control the good execution of their tasks
• perform trainings and increase the quality levels of the educational program
• supervise the curricullum preparation and its execution
• activelly monitor the educational process
• access to advance Finish curriculum practices
• training with HAMK - Finish University

We offer preschool education services based on the Finnish National Core Curriculum for Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC), in its improved version, and designed to function successfully outside Finland. Activities are conducted in English, with support in Romanian.
