- Previous experience in KYC/AML or customer verification (CDD experience is a strong plus).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with accuracy.
- Knowledge of compliance standards, KPIs, and basic reporting.
- Excellent communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).
- PC literacy and ability to adapt quickly to new tools and systems.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and remain calm in challenging situations.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- Experience with AML/KYC tools.
- Strong analytical skills, including root cause analysis and interpretation of numerical/statistical data.
- Experience working with international clients or multicultural teams.
- Professional certifications (ACAMS, ICA, or equivalent) are a plus.

- Process customer documentation and verification requests within defined SLAs.
- Review and validate documents in accordance with KYC/AML guidelines and internal policies.
- Handle customer queries via email and ticketing systems.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Cooperate with international teams and share customer feedback with relevant departments.
- Maintain and update the internal knowledge base.
- Take ownership of personal KPIs, actively seeking improvement based on feedback from Team Leads.
- Support a positive and collaborative multicultural team environment.
