Candidatul ideal

  • The ideal candidate will have a combination of account management and technical background with strong communication and analytical skills
  • Minimum 2 years experience in lighting industry and experience in account management handling big accounts.
  • To be successful in this role one should be detailed oriented
  • Excellent product knowledge and exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • The goal is to ensure long-term profitable relationships with our partners and help accelerate the expansion of our company
  • Degree Electrical systems or equivalent engineering background with minimum 2 years’ experience in account management handling big accounts.
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
  • Proactive and eager to learn new things.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Analytical skills and passion towards technology
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to details
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS office; knowledge of CRM software is a plus
  • Experience in an international business environment is an advantage
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles

  • Develop and propose the sales and marketing actions in order to support the commercial activity within assigned area for LEDVANCE brand;
  • Define together with the Sales Manager specific goals, strategies and tactics to grow LEDVANCE sales;
  • Collecting sales and marketing information to enlarge customer portfolio and bring new customers, ensuring a professional market penetration in order to strive for a profitable growth of the business;
  • Coordinate the Traditional Trade/Key account business as well as the project/solution business (LEDVANCE branded luminaires);
  • Analyze and identify new business directions/opportunities based on a thorough market analysis and LEDVANCE’s product portfolio and develop win/win business relationships for potential new clients;
  • Revise and evaluate within assigned area the distribution channels/dealer network in respect of achieving set targets and proper client management;
  • Continue developing the distributors and dealer network in the regions where no or not sufficient partners are active in order to develop the business and increase the market share;
  • Support in creating a market awareness for the LEDVANCE’s solutions and services and perform presentations at key target clients/strategic accounts, client events, participation at fairs etc.;
  • Establish and maintain relationship to strategic key accounts like project developers, professional customers, etc. and their decision makers in the targeted business areas;
  • Co-ordinate and supervise the overall sales activities from offering to contract closing and delivery until follow-up;
  • Evaluate technical and commercial risks and suggests ways to diminish them;
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by a competent client/key account management;
  • Responsible for monitoring the turnovers, profitability of co-operation and supervises continuously the payments made by the assigned key accounts;
  • Responsible for analyzing and offering the amendments to the terms and conditions of co-operation with the assigned key accounts, takes part in the negotiations
  • Analyze market evolution and competition (e.g. price strategy, merchandising measures, new products/solutions offered, etc.);
