Requirements for success:
- At least six months to one year of work experience in a finacial department role within a multinational environment;
- General understanding of T&E and accounts payable related processes and functions;
- Experience with SAP, KDS and Excel is nice to have;
- Fluent in English;
- German skills (B1/B2);
Descrierea jobului
Therefore, a successful candidate would be responsible for:
- Processing of specific T&E related queries via multiple channels (phone, E-Mail, KDS – T&E tool);
- Responsible of handling the travel and expense reports according the country and company regulations;
- Identification, implementation and support offering in regards to standardization and quality improvement of the T&E processes across the organization through projects and ideas;
- Collaboration with other teams (accounts payable, procurement, travel management etc.);
- Support with ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management.
