We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter (Resourcer) to join our fast-growing team. Previous recruitment experience is a plus but not required, we offer full training to help you grow into the role.

Job Description

As a Resourcer, you will support the recruitment process for our UK-based clients in the construction industry. You’ll work closely with consultants to understand job requirements, actively search for candidates, and screen them for the right roles.

Your daily tasks will include:

• Searching for suitable candidates via job boards, social media, and networking;
• Conducting phone screenings to evaluate experience, language level, and availability;
• Maintaining and updating the candidate database;
• Collaborating with the recruitment team to meet targets and deadlines.
