The Junior NDT Equipment Engineer is responsible for understanding the principles of Non‑Destructive Testing (NDT) methods and the equipment / consumables used for each technique.
The role involves preparing, maintaining and verification of the equipment / consumables required for each inspection on different projects, ensuring the efficient and correct execution of field (onshore / offshore) and laboratory activities, and it’s part of our Maintenance Team.

Main Responsibilities:
- Understanding the operating principles of NDT methods and how they are applied in the oil and gas pipeline industry.
- Identifying and becoming familiar with the equipment specific to each NDT method, including Penetrant Testing (PT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Automated Ultrasonic Testing (AUT), Radiographic Testing (RT).
- Preparing the list of necessary equipment and consumables for each project, depending on the inspection method used and project needs.
- Performing maintenance on NDT equipment / consumables and ensuring proper functionality.
- To issue the transport request and conduct follow-up until material delivery at destination.
- Taking part in training and certification programs to develop professional competencies.
- Complying with internal procedures, NDT standards, and safety regulations.
