JUNIOR MARKETING MANAGER

Liebrecht & wooD Romania is seeking a talented Junior Marketing Manager to run all communication and marketing activities on the Romanian market. The Junior Marketing Manager will be responsible for corporate and projects communication and will work closely with the Sales and Leasing teams to develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns that support sales and business objectives. The ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical thinker with excellent communication and organizational skills, a passion for marketing, and understanding of the real estate industry, with a focus on residential projects.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the creation and production of all marketing materials for the company and its projects, both digital and printed.
Manage corporate communications, including social media and public relations, while understanding the company's goals and values.
Ensure company visibility within real estate industry: fairs, media, events, awards, etc.
Collaborate and support the Sales/Leasing teams in developing and implementing communication and marketing plans that support sales and business objectives.
Develop and execute effective lead generation campaigns.
Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Manage relationships with third-party agencies and partners to support marketing activities, such as digital marketing agencies, public relations, events, creative, production, and others.
Initiate and develop partnership relations with NGO and other nonprofit organizations for the ESG social programs of the company.
Create and execute community programs and activities for company’s clients.
Develop and manage the marketing budget to ensure the efficient allocation of resources.
Conduct market and competition research and analysis.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and real estate.

Experience & skills required:

Good level of written and spoken English,
Communication and marketing of residential real estate.
Corporate communication and public relations.
Lead generation campaign creation (digital and offline).
Social media and content creation.
Event organization.
Digital marketing (SEM, email, social media, content, influencer, PPC, display).
Community engagement marketing.
