Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the operation and maintenance of our IT infrastructure and data centers
- Collaborating in finding solutions to technical issues in the IT infrastructure
- Technical fault qualification and resolution in the 2nd and 3rd level support
- Participating in the further development and optimization of IT security processes and knowledge building within the company
- Local and global project installations in the IT infrastructure environment
- Conducting scheduled maintenance and further development of IT infrastructures
- Identifying, evaluating, and implementing new solutions in the IT infrastructure
Profile:
- Completed degree in Information Technology or similar field
- Relevant work experience in the field is advantageous
- Professional experience in system administration of Windows servers, Microsoft products, and Active Directory environments
- Solid knowledge in system administration, particularly in network and client-server operations including data center operations, is advantageous
- Knowledge in network technologies, virtualization, cloud technologies (including Azure and M365) is desirable
- Analytical and structured working approach, as well as independence
- Teamwork skills and strong communication abilities
- Excellent German and English language skills
