Candidatul Ideal
- very good English communication skills, verbal and written; German is a plus
- advance knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (Pivot Tables, Charts, formule)
- minimum 1 years experience in a similar position: reporting / data analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in informatics, mathematics, statistics, economics/business administration or other related field
- background in utilizing Business Intelligence tools to interpret and analyze complex datasets (Power BI is an advantage)
- understanding of KPI
- analytical and problem-solving skills, technical proficiency with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

- design, develop, maintain and optimise interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to visualise financial and operational data in collaboration with local stakeholders
- testing of Power BI data
- creation of new DAX measures
- regular execution of internal control system reports
- administration of Power BI user rights and licenses
- provide training and support to end users
- collect the necessary data from different internal data sources
- define the relevant KPIs to provide insights into business performance and operational efficiency
- prepare ad hoc and/or daily, weekly and monthly reports
- identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in data analysis and reporting
