Candidatul Ideal
- You have at least 1 years of experience in payroll and personnel administration;
- Experience with DP Payroll – Human Resources module is mandatory;
- You have completed higher education, preferably in Economics;
- You hold a certified Human Resources Inspector qualification (authorized by MMPS);
- You have solid knowledge of legislation applicable to payroll and Human Resources;
- You have experience working with REVISAL;
- You have good PC skills (Windows, Microsoft Office, Internet, etc.);
- You are responsible, well-organized, and detail-oriented;
- You have conversational-level English skills;
- You enjoy working in a team 😊
Descrierea jobului
- You will review timesheets, calculate salaries, and prepare the monthly payroll based on specific information provided;
- You will generate and distribute payslips to employees;
- You will calculate, record, and declare taxes and contributions to the state budget;
- You will prepare specific tax returns related to the field of activity;
- You will generate and export Declaration 112;
- You will verify sick leave and vacation leave, recording them in the payroll database;
- You will liaise with institutions such as the Labor Inspectorate (ITM), the National Agency for Employment (AJOFM), the Pension House, the Health Insurance House, Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), and Occupational Medicine providers;
- You will prepare various reports and monthly/periodic statistics requested by the National Institute of Statistics (INS);
- You will draft individual employment contracts, addenda, decisions, and other documents related to hiring, contract amendments during employment, and termination of employment;
- You will record employee movements in REVISAL in compliance with legal reporting deadlines;
- You will manage databases and maintain employees’ personnel files.
- You will administer employee benefits (meal vouchers, etc.);
- You will communicate with the Legal Department when dealing with non-standard or more complex legal situations;
- You will manage the employee life cycle (from onboarding to performance management, compensation and benefits, development, evaluation, and outplacement);
- You will ensure effective internal communication.
