We are on the lookout for a Full-Stack Java Developer with strong technical skills and experience to help create, implement, and design new software programs for multiple midsized retail companies in Germany. Our work environment is friendly and engaging, where creativity, as well as collaboration are encouraged.

Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or similar
Experience using .NET, C#, SQL server and, most importantly, JAVA
Willingness to be involved in both back-end APIs and front-end development
Front-end languages and libraries (e.g., HTML/ CSS, JavaScript)
Familiarity with databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL)
Fluently spoken and written German skills are mandatory
Experience working with SAP software is desired but necessary
Knowledge of the retail market is also a huge plus
Great communication skills

Develop software applications being involved in all the project phases’ activities (analysis, design, coding, testing, support)
Solve complex technical problems that other team members may encounter, be an integral part of a development team
Create implement and develop software programs for retail purpose (specifically costumer check out support)
Implement the company development guidelines and processes and come with improvement suggestions
Constantly keep in touch and maintain communication with team members in Hamburg to tackle a variety of challenges, from technical solutions and design to improving service delivery from an end-to-end perspective.
