In this role, you will provide maintenance of the computers, servers, and network environment by analyzing requirements, resolving problems, installing hardware and software solutions, and supporting the internal IT Helpdesk.

Nice to have:
  • 2-4 years of database, network administration, or system administration experience;
  • System administration and IT certifications in Microsoft, or other network related fields are a plus;
  • Working knowledge of virtualization, VMWare, or equivalent;
  • Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols;
  • Experience with scripting and automation tools;
  • Strong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing helpdesk and IT operations best practices, including expert knowledge of security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring the efficiency, installation/configuration, operation and maintenance of the hardware and software systems from the factory;
  • Administration of the server’s infrastructure (resource allocation, license renewal, hardware upgrades, software, and configuration upgrades);
  • Network infrastructure management (configuration and expansion of wired network infrastructure, wireless configuration and security, failover capability, redundancy);
  • Back-up (for all major factory systems), using Veeam;
  • Acquisition and installation of new hardaware (computers, laptops, printers, etc.);
  • Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local workstation;
  • Assist with onboarding of new users;
  • Maintain inventory of all equipment, software, and software licenses;
  • Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images, and software.
