Candidatul Ideal
- Results-oriented and adaptable, with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions;
- Solid knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting;
- Experience troubleshooting Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications;
- Familiarity with hardware, software, and networking diagnostic tools;
- Good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, routing principles, and wireless (Wi-Fi) network configuration and troubleshooting;
- Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, and Exchange Online;
- Understanding of IT security principles, endpoint protection, and access control management;
- Willingness to travel occasionally within the country, as required;
- Holding a valid driving license and relevant certifications is considered an advantage.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunications, Automation, Computer Science, or a related field;
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant technical experience;
- Good English communication skills;
- Strong team-oriented mindset and adaptability;
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn;
- Previous experience in a similar role is considered an advantage.

- The responsibilities of the IT Support Specialist include, but are not limited to:
- Implementing and maintaining network infrastructure, including cabling and passive/active network devices;
- Troubleshooting and maintaining printers and related equipment;
- Installing, configuring, and deploying hardware, operating systems, and business applications;
- Performing hardware and software diagnostics and resolving technical issues affecting desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, networking equipment, and peripherals;
- Managing incidents, monitoring the ticketing queue, and collaborating with the technical support team to ensure timely resolution;
- Providing Level 1 and Level 2 internal IT support while maintaining clear and professional communication with end users and colleagues;
- Managing hardware and software assets, maintaining accurate documentation, and preparing technical reports.
