IT Recruiter - fixed-term contract, 24 months

Eastern Europe Talent Acquisition team is looking for an experienced IT recruiter to join Intel Timisoara for 24 months and support our active growth in Romania.
In response to the pandemic environment, to keep our candidates and employees safe, we conduct recruiting process fully remotely

Your Future Challenge
- Partnership with Intel's Internet of Things group by providing recruiting expertise to find, attract and hire the best talent
- Developing and executing sourcing strategies to meet the current & future hiring demands of Intel Romania
- Offer development and delivery
- Establishing and tapping candidates' networks to advocate on behalf of Intel
- Creating a WOW user experience for candidates through direct engagement and interaction throughout the hiring lifecycle

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in delivering recruitment solutions (ideally IT, RnD, or engineering profiles)
- Good understanding of the IT industry (skill sets, trends, competition, etc.) is desirable
- As this role requires a high level of visibility to multiple stakeholders, solid communications and negotiation skills are required
- To thrive in our international environment, you need to be fluent in Business English
- High flexibility and agility to deliver in Intel's fast-paced, ever-changing and high-volume environment.
