Candidatul ideal

• Experienta anterioara in domeniul IT si/sau HelpDesk constituie un avantaj
• Cunostinte in instalare/administrare s.o. windows 7, windows 8, windows 10
• Cunostinte de baza despre retele;
* Disponibilitate pentru lucru in tura de noapte;
* Limba engleza fluent

*disponibil sa lucreze in intervalul 22:30 - 07:30, luni-vineri

Descrierea jobului

• asigurarea de asistenta tehnica la nivel LAN/PC/ echipament IT, precum si la nivel de aplicatii a utilizatorilor;

• instalarea / reinstalarea / configurare de S.O. precum si de software de aplicatie specific proiectelor;

• documentarea/inregistrarea fiecarui incident in care este implicat se va face respectand procedura de ‘incident reporting’, astfel incat acesta sa poata fi urmarit sau pentru a se gasi si implementa in cel mai scurt timp o solutie finala pentru cazurile in care solutia gasita a fost una temporara;

• suport pentru utilizatori privind modul de folosire a echipamentelor/aplicatiilor/resurselor la care au acces;

• lucreaza in echipa: deptartamentul IT, TL(responsabil de proiect) pentru a identifica/implementa proceduri care sa aduca un plus in ceea ce priveste securitatea/folosirea echipamentelor (pc, adaptor de voce) si/sau aplicatiilor la care au acces utilizatorii;
