Candidatul ideal

  • You have 1-2 years of IT support/helpdesk experience or other relevant experience in communicating with customers.
  • You have an excellent command of Romanian and Hungarian (written and spoken). It is mandatory, because you will be in charge of the Romanian clients and from time to time, you will speak with the Hungarians as well. We have an international team, so we need good command of English as well for meetings and internal communication.
  • You are a good problem solver, not afraid of challenges and challenging tasks.
  • You have an analytical mindset and you enjoy working with softwares and computers.
  • You have good spelling and writing skills in Romanian and Hungarian and your oral communication is good as well. It’s not a problem at all if you have to call a client.
  • You are empathetic. You really want to help our clients in finding the best solution for their problem, and not just want to close the case.
  • You meet deadlines, adapt quickly and respect others' time.
  • You have a precise and accurate working style and you can double check your own work.
  • You are a fast learner and open to professional growth (IT helpdesk level2, level3)

Your tasks as an IT Helpdesk colleague

  • Offering support to our clients in Romanian and Hungarian on technical and general topics.
  • Common technical questions: how can they enter the system; how do they add and edit customer cards; how to search for information in the system; how to filter data; etc.
  • Common general questions regarding subscription: bill payment issues; what is included in the subscription package; available functions.
  • You will help our customers solve their problems primarily by email, but also by phone.
  • You will also play a major role in constantly updating and expanding our user guides.
  • Our customer service is available on working days between 9.00 and 17.00. We don't have an evening shift and you don't have to work on the weekends either!
