We are looking for an IT Help Desk specialist who will provide user support and contribute to the smooth operation of IT systems, working closely with internal teams and involved partners.
What does it make you a good fit for this role?
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Familiarity with general operating systems, programming languages, and software.
- Advanced level of English.
- Very good communication skills.

What will your role include?
- Providing technical support to users.
- Managing local hardware infrastructure and security.
- Maintaining hardware and software inventory records using the provided tools.
- Creating reports required by ongoing projects.
- Creating and maintaining documentation for various tasks.

Activitatea de producţie internă este organizată în puncte de lucru răspândite pe tot cuprinsul ţării, în unităţi de producţie proprii în Bucureşti (Fabrica de Stâlpi Zincați) şi în Câmpina (Fabrica de Cleme și Armături), Electromontaj deține propria Stația de Testări pentru Stâlpi Electrici din București, una dintre cele mai mari din lume.
