- Fluent in English;
- Experience in IT or technical support, ideally in fast-paced or live environments (gaming/casino is a plus);
- Comfortable troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues;
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, storage);
- Familiar with system monitoring and proactive issue detection;
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and IT compliance basics;
- Hands-on experience with technical equipment (cameras, monitors, etc.) is a plus;
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
- Able to maintain and calibrate equipment to high standards;
- Good communication and teamwork skills;
- Organized, able to multitask and respond quickly to issues;
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices;
- Willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays;

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

Provide first-line IT support for systems, networks, and software;
Respond to real-time issues and resolve disruptions quickly;
Escalate complex problems when needed;

IT Infrastructure Maintenance

Support servers, networks, and storage systems;
Perform regular system checks to ensure performance and availability;
Assist with backup and disaster recovery processes;

Software & Systems Support

Help with software setup, updates, and configurations;

Follow security protocols and monitor system access;

Gaming Equipment Setup & Maintenance

Set up, calibrate, and maintain gaming equipment (tables, cameras, monitors);
Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot faults;
Make sure equipment meets performance and compliance standards;

Technical Support & Repairs

Provide real-time support for live operations;
Handle repairs and coordinate with vendors when needed;
