Provide first-line IT support for systems, networks, and software;
Respond to real-time issues and resolve disruptions quickly;
Escalate complex problems when needed;
IT Infrastructure Maintenance
Support servers, networks, and storage systems;
Perform regular system checks to ensure performance and availability;
Assist with backup and disaster recovery processes;
Software & Systems Support
Help with software setup, updates, and configurations;
Monitor performance and report issues;

Follow security protocols and monitor system access;
Report potential risks or vulnerabilities;
Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with internal teams and external vendors;
Share updates, document issues and support operational staff;
Documentation & Reporting
Track incidents in ticketing systems;
