Job description:
- verifying invoices (received in electronic format) from the suppliers and registering them in the system
- verifying order confirmations, delivery terms
- solving problems, which may appear during the verifying process of the invoices/ orders
- communication with the stakeholders (purchase and logistic departments) via email and phone
Working time:
Mo – Fr: 08:00 – 17:00
