Internship Java Developer

Your primary responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining microservices using Java and Spring Boot to meet business and technical requirements

• Implementing and testing code. Utilize GitLab CI/CD for version control and continuous integration/deployment processes

• Writing clean, maintainable, and scalable Java code, adhering to best practices and coding standards

• Working within a cross disciplined team, collaborating daily with the Product Owner, Business Users, Functional Analysts, DevOps Engineers, Data Engineers, Software Developers

• Performing code reviews and providing constructive feedback for fixes and improvements

• Participating actively in all project overviews and team meetings

Required Skills and Experience:

• Good understanding of object-oriented programming

• Understading with Spring Boot and related modules: Spring Data, Spring Security, and Hibernate

• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL

• Good analytical and conceptual thinking skills

• Attention to details and good communication skills in order to capture requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to develop solutions that drive business improvements

• Degree (or in progress) in Computer Science/ Economic studies

• Strong English communication skills
