Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
• Daily email communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Data entry and data forwarding activities
• Monitoring and supervising deadlines
• Collecting and organizing information received via email within defined timelines
• Supporting daily operations through continuous data processing and communication in German and English
• Contributing to the optimization of existing work tools and procedures
Working schedule: 09:00 – 17:30
Location: Bujac area, Arad
In your daily activities, you will collaborate with international teams, suppliers, and customers. You will support project coordinators and help ensure that timelines and reporting requirements are met.
