Internal Customer Service Analyst with German

Ability to understand processes and offer suggested improvements;
SAP user - a plus;
Excellent administration/organization skills and prioritization;
Financial awareness - a plus;
University degree;
German Proficiency;
Conversant English;

1st contact with sales team & data center (data admin team for Customer Master Data and Price Master Data)
Ensuring policies and processes are understood and followed by internal colleagues
Attend Sales meeting across cluster & present country specifics
Attend BO calls as and when required
Train Sales / FO on process improvements – changes that may affect them and on updates on policies
