What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree — preferably with technical affinity;
- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales or account management, ideally in material handling automation, machinery, packaging, or industrial equipment;
- Fluency in English;
- Knowledge of German or Polish is a strong advantage;
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer-relationship skills;
- Strong organizational abilities and proactive, solution-oriented workstyle;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment;
- Experience with CRM systems and sales tools (MS Dynamics, Teams) is a plus;
- Able to work independently and as part of an international team;

Our client is looking for an energetic and commercially driven Internal Account Manager to support customers across the EMEA region. In this role, you will build long-term client relationships, manage sales activities, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction while collaborating closely with Area Sales Managers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring strong relationships and high satisfaction;
- Support Area Sales Managers (ASM) by following up on leads, preparing quotations, and processing orders;
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize customer value;
- Manage contract renewals and negotiations in line with company guidelines;
- Address customer issues, resolve them promptly, or escalate when needed;
- Maintain awareness of market trends and competitor activities to provide relevant insights;
- Ensure customer interactions meet internal quality and compliance standards;
- Prepare performance reports and provide actionable recommendations;
