Based in one of our offices in Cluj or Bucharest, the Intelligence Advisor will produce analytical products on political and security issues and assist partners in interpreting and using your product.

In this role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
* Responsible for the production and delivery of written reports and verbal presentations, in addition to engaging directly with consumers to understand their interests and needs;
* Design and compile the annual company security risk assessment;
* Provide written or verbal briefs to select crisis management teams.
* Develop new market entry assessments.
* Provide tailored reports focused on what is important at the right time.
* Develop focused products describing security risks and threats, both ‘over the horizon’ and current;
* Brief clients, internal collaborators and/or leadership on regional developments.
* Exhibit entrepreneurial flair to embed and market this program.
* Describe complex events to an audience not familiar with managing security or political events.

Who You Are:

You are an expert intelligence analyst, with a strong can-do attitude, adapting and thriving to change management. You naturally build relationships and adjust communication content and style to meet the needs of diverse collaborators, scanning the environment for new skills, knowledge, or capabilities that can benefit business or personal performance. You serve as a strategic partner to build, grow, and maintain profitable and long-lasting relationships with key accounts.

For This Role, You Will Need:
* Extensive knowledge and understanding of current global geo-political activity and threat conditions
* Five years plus of applicable work experience, in the public or private sector, plus a post-graduate qualification.
* Communicate in English to a high standard. Both verbally and written.
* Be able to brief senior managers on complex issues succinctly and effectively.
* Accomplished in the use of graphics to present information in useful and imaginative ways.
* Entrepreneurial profile to drive performance based on proactive approach
