We value long term commitment. The IP practice opens the door to a wonderful, rewarding and at the same time demanding community. Trust and experience come together over time. If you are ready to spend several years in the IP field, you are prepared to start. You will never regret it.
You will immediately integrate a team of 8 persons involved in daily IP management. You will work two days remotely. For the next 6 to 12 months, you will receive training on a daily basis, with tasks growing in complexity over the time.

What You'll Do
- Analyse intellectual property projects and issues. Bring new ideas and creative strategies.
- Contribute to strategic discussions, and provide written advice to clients and their legal or marketing teams.
- Work with inventors, scientists, entrepreneurs and business leaders. Collaborate with foreign associates, and authorities to develop effective protection and enforcement strategies.
- Identify risks and solutions related to trademarks, patents, designs, and copyrights across multiple jurisdictions.
- Draft contracts, due diligence reports, legal opinions, and various IP-related agreements
- Support and represent clients in negotiations and contentious matters, including oppositions, cancellation actions, unfair competition disputes, and other IP-related conflicts.
- Work in consortium teams with outside lawyers, on common clients or projects, sometimes in court, sometimes in the M&A processes, sometimes in negotiations.
- Negotiate with highly experienced lawyers around the world, in order to find co-existence agreements for our clients and their assets, especially in conflictual contexts.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry developments.
