• Registration of correspondence for internal / external clients
• Registration of documents at company level, scanning and uploading them in dedicated electronic applications;
• Manage databases with records of entries and outputs of all documents received and sent by mail / correspondence, handed manually or by external couriers;
• Daily preparation of records regarding correspondence records at company level according to internal procedures and legal norms in force;
• Preparation of minutes of handing over documents to service providers (wrapping, packing, etc.);
• Registration of letters to customers in order to send them by mail / courier.

• Receiving, registering and sorting documents from internal customers;
• Physical archiving of documents for delivery to the storage company;
