Required: best if he/she has an Engineering University Diploma, a very strong commercial attitude and is also inspired by a high-energy / hands-on technical approach (needed in order to understand the customer’s needs/industrial processes).
The candidate shall be a team-oriented person with good knowledge of English and with minimum 5 years previous experience in similar positions (eg, sales rep for technical devices).
The candidate will have to improve the local promotion and enhance the development of technical and industrial gases (bulk quantities, ie. not cylinders, thus being much more complex), technical solutions for plants and on-site related services.
The candidate shall achieve the agreed annual sales targets by:
- identifying prospect/potential customers in order to introduce them to Company services;
- managing actual clients and prospects by presenting continuous assistance, informing them about new offerings, technologies, solutions or special discounts to certain conditions, evaluating and implementing price increases when needed;
- preparing and negotiating commercial offers in compliance with the Company contractual terms and/or propose tailored solutions in order to solve customers’ problems;
- collecting general information about the local competitors, their prices, products etc;
- offering marketing and technical support to customers
- preparing activity reports (prospecting, procurement, contracts, customer service, etc.);
- suggesting reasonable business diversification or geographical expansion in accordance with market supply and demands and/or propose solutions to retrieve and retain customers
- reporting to the Sales Manager on current weekly/monthly shared plans, made in order to meet the sales budget;
- controlling and analyzing customers’ timeline payments.

The salary starts from 1000 € + commission depending upon the candidate’s experience.
