Candidatul Ideal
Senior Accountant will use our finance reporting software with accuracy and efficiency. The person needs to be good with numbers and can be trusted with sensitive information. The person will need to have great communication skills to interact with colleagues and executives.
The goal is to ensure accurate financial books in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance;
- Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role for 5 years or more;
- Dynamics, SAP or Magnitude tools knowledge represents an advantage;
- Very good level of English language- both spoken and written;
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, regulations and financial reporting;
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office Suite (advanced Excel skills preferred);
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail;
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively;
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously;
- Highly responsible, punctual, result-oriented, with an excellent capacity of working under pressure and with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Working from the office for specific actions (Bucharest).
Descrierea jobului
- Prepare and book AP/ general ledger transactions, including accruals and provisions, to ensure accurate recording of financial data;
- Prepare and review financial reports at the month, quarter, and year-end, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations;
- Participate in the month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and journal entries;
- Prepare and review financial reports at the month, quarter, and year-end, ensuring compliance with group accounting principles and regulations and reporting in corporate tools;
- Coordinate and oversee financial audits, working closely with auditors to provide necessary documentation and resolve any audit findings;
- Maintain and monitor general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness;
- Conduct regular audits regarding internal controls to identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors;
- Stay updated on accounting standards and regulations, ensuring compliance and implementing best practices;
- Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
