HR Support Consultant

We are expanding the size of our People Support team in Sibiu that provides HR services for our client facing teams in the UK and across Northern Europe.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a keen and motivated individual, with a proactive attitude and excellent English skills, to become part of a dynamic team at this existing time as we grow.

Please note that the following characteristics are required:

• Advanced / Fluent English language skills, both writing and speaking
• Bachelor's Degree Graduate
• Technical skills in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Outlook
• Ability to work in an international environment (you will be collaborating closely with our colleagues in the UK and Europe)
• Takes pride in work and owns tasks to completion, delivering a high standard of quality.
• Analytical and problem-solving mentality.
• Willingness to engage in the learning process.

In this role, you will be providing support such as, but not limited to:

• Employee data management (employment contracts, contractual changes, promotions, absences, probation etc)
• Salary letters, pension letters
• User management in timesheet platform
• Other tasks that arise from time to time (ad hoc request, project related administration).
