You act as a reliable operational partner for employees, managers, and internal stakeholders, contributing to high-quality HR data and enabling accurate payroll processing.
Your mission
• Ensure compliant and efficient administration across the entire employee lifecycle
• Maintain high standards of HR data quality as a foundation for payroll and reporting
• Support operational excellence within HR administration
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and standards
Key responsibilities
• Prepare and administer employment contracts in compliance with applicable labor law
• Execute administrative HR processes, including maternity leave, parental leave, and employment references
• Manage correspondence and coordination with the Works Council on personnel-related matters
• Maintain, update, and ensure the accuracy of employee master data in HR systems
• Contribute to the development and optimization of HR administrative processes
• Support and participate in national HR projects and initiatives
