We are looking for a detail‑oriented, organized, and people‑focused professional to join our HR team as an HR Specialist. In this role, you will support daily HR operations, manage employee documentation, coordinate benefits, and contribute to creating a positive employee experience.

We are waiting for you in the team if you have:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years experience in HR administration, HR operations, or similar roles, preferably within the retail sector
English is a plus
Solid understanding of employment legislation and HR administrative processes
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and a service‑oriented mindset
Experience with HRIS/benefits platforms is an advantage
Proactive and friendly

This role will require you to:

Prepare and manage employment contracts, addendums, certificates, and employee files
Maintain and update employee records in internal HR systems
Ensure documents and processes comply with internal policies and labor legislation
Support the onboarding and offboarding processes
Prepare regular and ad‑hoc HR reports as needed
Manage meal tickets, medical subscriptions, and benefit programs
Communicate with benefit providers
Support employees with benefit-related questions
Monitor usage, renewals, and eligibility
Coordinate birthday celebrations, work anniversaries, and milestones
Maintain databases for special events
Support internal events, HR campaigns, and wellness initiatives
Prepare welcome kits and assist with employee experience programs
