- Recruitment campaigns
- Identifying staffing needs
- Posting job advertisement
- Cv screening and phone screening for managerial positions
- Interviews and candidate evaluations, feedback to rejected candidates
- Review of open positions, offer and hiring
- Collective contract signing, administrative onboarding training
- Integration of new employees (initial training, documents, organizational culture)
- Exit processes & conclusions (exit interview, administrative formalities)
- Training programs for store teams
- Skills development
- Employment contracts & Active documentation review
- Monthly reporting & legal compliance
- Payroll and benefits
- Leave management, time tracking, planning review during the month + manager follow-up
- HR procedures implementation
- Personnel files and document archiving
