We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Specialist to support day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with internal policies and labor legislation. This role plays a key part in delivering a smooth employee experience and supporting business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain personnel files and HR administrative documentation
HR Inspector certification (Inspector Resurse Umane)
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administration
Solid knowledge of Romanian labor legislation
Strong organizational and administrative skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Strong communication skills in Romanian and English
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Proactive mindset and team-oriented attitude
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Nice to Have
3+ years of experience in HR
Studies in HR, Employment Law, or related field
Experience in the hospitality industry

Process HR documentation (contracts, addendums, exits, transfers, etc.) accurately
Coordinate and support onboarding activities for new hires
Assist with internship programs and trainee processes
Handle monthly payroll inputs and related administrative tasks
Prepare HR reports, statistics, and internal/external documentation
Support annual HR strategy initiatives and employee engagement activities
Identify training needs and assist in learning & development initiatives
Contribute to internal HR communication processes
Act as a point of contact for employees, managers, and candidates on HR-related topics
