- 3–5 years of experience in recruitment or operational HR (retail/logistics a plus);
- Strong leadership, planning and communication skills;
- Understanding of labor law and/or HR processes;
- MS Office skills and adaptability to internal tools;
- A proactive, people-first mindset with focus on solutions and results;
- Willingness to travel and stay connected with teams in the field.

💼 What you’ll do:
- Coordinate the recruitment and HR support activities for our store & logistics network;
- Build and implement recruitment strategies and action plans for your team;
- Monitor and improve processes like selection, hiring and onboarding for operational roles;
- Offer HR support on the ground: gather feedback from teams and managers, help improve integration and retention;
- Identify challenges in specific locations and propose smart, people-focused solutions;
- Support the implementation of HR initiatives for development and engagement;
- Lead, organize and coach your team to perform and grow.
