About the role

The HR Manager will define and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and act as a strategic partner to senior leadership. The role focuses on aligning HR practices with business needs, strengthening organizational culture, and optimizing people processes.

This is a full on-site role in Bucharest.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Law, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR Manager role
  • English level B2 or higher (French is a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • Experience in a multinational environment
  • Preferred Skills

  • Leadership and change management capabilities
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills
  • Results-oriented, proactive, and people-focused mindset

Responsibilities
  • Define and implement the HR strategy aligned with business goals
  • Act as a strategic partner to the Board and senior leadership
  • Lead workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning
  • Coordinate performance management and reward systems
  • Drive leadership development and organizational change initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with labor law and internal HR policies (global and local)
  • Manage the HR budget and monitor key HR KPIs
  • Improve HR processes and implement digital and AI-based tools
  • Support managers with strategic HR guidance
